Artist Statement

I have always been interested in the narrative quality of art. I want my images to strike a chord in the viewer, to exist as a starting point for their imaginations. I appreciate both simple and detailed imagery, and enjoy the process of determining what is more useful for a particular piece.  I try to use, line quality, value, composition and color to its maximum sensitivity, hopefully creating a truly memorable character and story.
